Returns & Exchanges
We try to make returns and exchanges as stress free as possible for you. Exchanges for items of the same style are free (U.S.A only)! We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, just email us at email@example.com.
- We will email you a pre-paid USPS label to send it back to us.
- Simply print it out and tape it to your package.
- Drop the package off at your local post office or give it to your mail carrier.
Once we receive your item, unworn and with tags, we'll process your exchange or issue a refund for the price of the item to your original payment method. On returns, the initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
We have a 14 day return policy, but we know how busy you are so we tend to be a bit more lenient on that. Try to get it to us in under 30 days. We hope that's reasonable enough.
Gift cards and sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not honor price adjustments.
Returns beyond 30 days are issued as a merchandise credit.
