Returns

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. We will email you a pre-paid USPS label to send it back to us.
  2. Simply print it out and tape it to your package.
  3. Drop the package off at your local post office or give it to your mail carrier.

Exchanges for items of the same style are free! Once we receive your item, unworn and with tags, we'll process your exchange or issue a refund for the price of the item to your original payment method. On returns, the initial shipping charge is non-refundable.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We will provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.

We have a 14-day return policy, but we know how busy life gets! So, if you can please try to get it to us in under 30 days, we can work with that! Returns beyond 30 days are issued as a merchandise credit.
Please note: Gift cards and sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable, and we do not honor price adjustments.

Altered items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund, but will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,
please send your return package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
